Logging in for the first time?
If you are logging in for the first time and need your username and password, click "Request a New Password" located on the bottom of the page. Type in the email address you have on file with the chamber and you will receive an email with a one-time link to log in. After you are logged in you can change your username and password to something easier to remember and fill in your business information that will be listed in the business directory. Please note that there is a difference between your email address on file with the Chamber and your username, however, both can be changed when you log in.
Don't have an email on file with the Chamber?
If you don't have an email on file with the Chamber you will have to contact us for your username and password.
Have you forgotten your password?
If you don't remember the password you used when you created your account or if you don't believe you have one, click on the "Request a New Password" link on the bottom of any page on the site and follow the instructions. If you don't know the email address that is on file here, read the above question or contact us for additional help.
Logged in but can't find where to fill in your business information?
When logged in, click on [My Account] in the "Top right corner of the screen." There you will find a link that says [Create your Business Information] or [Edit your Business Information]. Click on this link and it will bring you to the business information form.
Filled in your business information but changes haven't been updated in the business directory?
It may take a day or two for your information to be updated in the business directory. Please be patient. If it has been more than a week and your information has not been updated on the business directory, please contact us.
